API Description

The EWCL (Entropy-Weighted Collapse Likelihood) API provides protein structure analysis services, calculating entropy-based scores that indicate protein stability and collapse risk.

Endpoints

Analyze: POST request to analyze protein sequences
Analyze File: POST request to analyze PDB files
Health: GET request to check API status

Common Issues

CORS restrictions may prevent direct browser access
API may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
Large protein files may timeout during analysis
Network connectivity issues may prevent successful requests
